Once goods have been custom-branded with details approved by you, they are not eligible for return or refund.
We provide thorough review and approval processes for your colours and artwork prior to production, ensuring your order aligns with your requirements. As a result, all sales are final and items are not eligible for return or refund. Your satisfaction is important to us. Should your order arrive with a defect or a decoration error, please contact info@supplycrew.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Our team will promptly work with you to find a resolution.
