Sublimated Patch

Sublimation Patches are created using a digital printing process called sublimation onto textiles. The process prints full-colour designs onto fabric that can be applied to textiles such as uniforms, promo gear, bags, and hats.

Sublimation Patch (2)

Sublimated patches are perfect for showcasing vibrant, detailed designs and photographic imagery on uniforms, promotional clothing, bags, and hats. The sublimation process prints full-colour designs onto special fabric, ensuring the artwork is permanently embedded into the patch, resulting in long-lasting, fade-resistant branding.

Advantages:

  • Full-colour photographic quality and detailed designs achievable.

  • Durable, fade-resistant finish suitable for regular wear and washing.

  • Ideal for complex designs and fine detail.

  • Flexible minimum order quantities.

Disadvantages:

  • Limited to white or light-coloured backgrounds for optimal colour reproduction.

  • Metallic, white, and neon colours cannot be reproduced.

  • Not suitable for variable data printing.

Artwork Requirements:

  • Vector or bitmap format at a minimum resolution of 300DPI at actual size.

  • Add a 3mm bleed to artwork if it extends to the patch edge.

  • Fonts should be converted to outlines.
