Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen printing is a printing method where ink is pushed through a perforated cylindrical screen onto the curved substrate, such as a water bottle. Ideal for 1-2 Colour prints. For full colour designs, refer to Rotary Digital Print.

Used for cylindrical items such as bottles and containers, Rotary Screen Printing applies ink through mesh screens.
Advantages:

Disadvantages:

Approximate PMS matches on darker items.

Individual setup charges per colour.
- Limited to 1–2 colours; for full-colour designs on cylindrical items, use Rotary Digital Print
- Not suitable for photographic or gradient artwork

Artwork Requirements:

Editable vector format (EPS, AI, or vector PDF). Fonts should be converted to outlines. A maximum of 2 spot colours; each colour requires a separate setup. No gradients or halftones.
