Printed Transfers

This innovative garment decoration method prints designs on special film and then uses a press to transfer the design onto fabric, utilising heat and pressure.

Printed Transfer Supply CrewPrinted Transfers are a CMYK+white digital print process for branding apparel and fabrics.

This innovative garment decoration method prints designs on special film and then heat-transfers them onto fabric. A printer applies coloured ink with a white ink backing to transparent film coated with heat-activated adhesive powder. Once cured, the film can be heat-pressed onto the garment, resulting in a vibrant, full-colour print with impressive detail and opacity, even on dark fabrics.

Our premium Printed Transfers for apparel combine the excellence of traditional silkscreen techniques with the versatility and simplicity of digital printing, allowing anyone with a heat press to customise textiles with vibrant, high-quality prints. These premium transfers feature a screen-printed base layer of white ink to enhance vibrancy and durability.

Our promotional Printed Transfers utilise a Direct-to-Film (DTF) process, without the screen-printed base layer, resulting in a more cost-effective method.

Unlike vinyl cut-outs or screen prints, DTF can capture photo-quality images and fine details without requiring weeding or multiple screens. It’s essentially like printing a decal that you heat-apply to the garment, offering the convenience of printable transfers with the softness of ink.
