Hot Stamping
Hot Stamping is a branding technique that creates an indented design on the product surface using a heated custom metal plate. The plate is pressed firmly onto the product surface, leaving a lasting impression of the design. It's commonly used on materials like wood.

Hot Stamping is perfect for premium wooden items, leather products, and elegant packaging, creating indented metallic designs.
Advantages:
-
Permanent, high-quality branding.
-
Contrasting two-tone finishes available.
Disadvantages:
-
No variable data printing.
-
Inconsistency on large artwork blocks.
-
Minimum line thickness: 0.4mm.
- Single-colour process — metallic or solid finishes only, no multi-colour artwork
- Requires a custom metal die, attracting a higher cost than other branding methods
- Not suitable for fine detail or small text
- Minimum order quantities apply
Artwork Requirements:
-
Editable vector format (EPS, AI, or vector PDF). Single-colour artwork only. Bold, clean designs work best — fine detail and small text may not reproduce clearly. Fonts should be converted to outlines.
