Hot foiling is a process that uses heat to press a metallic sheet onto a surface, custom-branding the product. Available in various foil colours.

Foil Printing, suitable for premium packaging, invitations, notebooks, and business stationery, uses metallic foil for distinctive branding.

Advantages:

  • Premium aesthetic and flexible application.

  • Allows variable data printing.

Disadvantages:

  • Detailed designs may be unclear on textured surfaces.

  • Minimum line thickness: 0.4mm (smooth), 1mm (textured).

  • Single or limited colour process — not suitable for complex multi-colour artwork
  • Not suitable for large print areas or photographic imagery
  • Minimum order quantities /apply

Artwork Requirements:

  • Editable vector format (EPS, AI, or vector PDF). Bold, clean designs work best. Fine detail and small text may not reproduce cleanly. Fonts should be converted to outlines.
