Can I order a sample with my logo?
A custom-branded sample can be ordered at twice the quoted rate, plus shipping.
As a standard practice, we do not offer one-off custom branded samples, as our production facilities are configured for efficiency in bulk orders and creating individual items disrupts our workflow.
Upon approval, your order moves straight into production. Prior to any branding, we supply a detailed artwork proof showcasing logo colour, size, placement, and a visual preview—this step is included with every project.
Should you require a single physical sample, we can accommodate this at twice the unit cost quoted. Alternatively, for embroidery orders, a physical swatch can be produced ahead of bulk production once your order is confirmed.
