Can I order a sample with my logo?
A custom-branded sample can be ordered at twice the quoted unit rate, plus shipping.
As a standard practice, we do not offer one-off custom branded samples, as our production facilities are configured for efficiency in bulk orders and creating individual items disrupts our workflow.
All orders include a detailed artwork proof before production begins, showing your logo colour, size, and placement — so you can review and approve the design before anything is made.
If you do require a physical branded sample, we can accommodate this at twice the quoted unit cost, plus shipping. For embroidery orders, a physical swatch can be produced ahead of bulk production once your order is confirmed.
